Am petrecut 8 zile superbe la The Oasis Residence, inclusiv Revelionul și Crăciunul! Am stat la The Oasis Residence în Jambiani pentru 8 zile memorabile, sărbătorind atât Revelionul, cât și Crăciunul într-o atmosferă de poveste. Proprietatea oferă un ambient perfect pentru relaxare și odihnă, înconjurată de o grădină frumoasă și piscine liniștitoare, la doar câteva minute de plajă. Ne-au plăcut foarte mult transferurile zilnice gratuite către una dintre cele două plaje partenere, care au făcut explorarea de coastă simplă și plăcută. Un mare plus a fost Joshua, un băiat minunat, mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze, la fel ca întregul personal – toți au fost calzi, prietenoși și dornici să ajute în orice moment. Managerul era mereu prezent printre oaspeți pentru a se asigura că ne simțim bine și pentru a răspunde prompt la orice nevoie, ceea ce ne-a impresionat cu adevărat. Personalul întreg a contribuit la o experiență atât de plăcută încât ne-am simțit ca acasă. Recomandăm cu drag The Oasis Residence pentru oricine vrea un sejur relaxant în Zanzibar, cu servicii excelent organizate, oameni minunați și o atmosferă caldă și primitoare!

Poate singurul detaliu care ar putea fi diversificat este meniul, care pe parcursul celor 8 zile a rămas în mare parte același, însă mâncarea a fost gustoasă.

The whole villa and the whole complex looks gorgeous, all the people (reception, cleaning, kitchen, bar) are extremely welcoming and kind. The pool is brilliant and truly an oasis of relaxation.

Under no circumstances should you take any trips from them. We chose to take a trip with them, thinking it would be safer to take it from the hotel, because we didn't trust the guys on the beach. Although it was $20 more than what the guys on the beach were offering, the guys at the hotel said we would have a speed boat and that we wouldn't go any faster. So we opted to pay $55 instead of $35 for Stone Town and Prison Island. But when we got on the boat, it was an old one (it was a lie with the speedboat) and on top of that they took us to Nakupenda Beach even though we hadn't decided to do that. We explained to the guys on the boat that we didn't want Nakupenda, nor were we ready to stay on the beach. I told them that we hadn't decided to eat, that we only talked about a half-day trip without lunch. The guys ignored us and started cooking. After they told us that there was a mistake and asked us for another $15. A failed day, they ruined our schedule because we had other plans and delayed us by 3 hours. It's not the hotel's fault, but the agency they work with leaves something to be desired and I understand that they do this kind of scheme very often

The organization of the staff, the location of the cottages and pools is super! People don't disturb each other's relaxation, and there is enough space for every guest. The restaurant has a varied menu and the dishes are amazingly prepared! The welcome from Télésia, Joshua, and Kidawa was exemplary, demonstrating genuine kindness and commendable professionalism. However, the end of our stay was disappointing. We had to leave the villa by 11 a.m., and our request for a departure at 12:30 p.m. was refused without a valid explanation. The manager claimed there were other guests arriving, even though the cleaning staff would have had plenty of time to prepare the villa. This rigidity is unacceptable and tarnishes an otherwise positive experience. Therefore, I would not necessarily recommend this place for a family or a group. I strongly advise checking the checkout conditions when making a reservation.
