Didn't get enough sachets just for the tea

Consultant was rude and not friendly. Need training on customer service. I booked a room with a see view and never got it. Small balconies without chairs and tables. Place was noisy. Guests parking in wrong parking bay. No staff supervision.

The stove was not working.. No tea, coffee in the units, no dustbin in de toilet no liquid hand soap no shower caps no lotions and shower gels
MZZAZAThe lagoon was a wonderful experience.
The apartment, specifically the bathroom was not clean. I wish the owner communicated a lot of details I.e wifi details, how to regulate the hot water, lack of braai facilities etc without me having to ask each time. All the details should have been communicated upfront. The apartment had a balcony with no chairs, so we could not even utilize that.
