"Se chi deve controllare il traffico di scarichi aperti lavorasse...."

Centrale e comoda ai servizi.

Troppo sulla strada. Di notte traffico di motorini incontrollabili fino a tardi. Un vigile sarebbe utile. Necessita di una insonorizzazione e di un po' di educazione dei ragazzi in motorino. Bagno solo al piano sopra raggiungibile tramite una scala a chiocciola pericolosa.

sehr sauber, super Lage, ausgeschaltet mit Küche, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine. Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit wird gross geschrieben.
