"Newly renovated/clean room with a shared living and kitchen area near the beach"

The room itself was very clean and newly renovated. The owner came quickly when we messaged that we were there. The location was close to the water and restaurants. We did get to use a coupon for breakfast. There were also many snacks/drinks for us in our room.

It was very difficult to find the building where our room was located. The description on Booking.com made it seem that the room was much closer to the water than we were, and that the view would be better than what we had. Also, we did not realize that the common area (living room/kitchen area) would be shared with another room that was adjacent to ours.
