Good location, price is great, the host is nice and responds almost immediately. The place is overall clean.

It smelled kinda moldy (the apartment is in the basement so it makes sense) so if you're allergic, make sure to bring your meds. They're probably trying to get rid of all insect that could get in by some kind of poisoning so we found some dead bugs on the sink which was off-putting, even though the place is clean overall. If you're going to stay more than 1-2 nights and want to cook, bring some kitchen ammenite.

After a day of traveling, I walked into the apartment and it was full of cockroaches—in the living room, in the shower, on the sofas, and on the bed where we were supposed to sleep. A friend of mine was with me. I contacted the property and told them about the problem. They said, "Sorry, it's the first time this has happened to me," but that's absolutely not true. There were so many cockroaches that he couldn't have known about it already. They then invited me to ask for a refund, so I did, returned the keys to the apartment, and left. Well, I had to spend €500 to find another place, the same day, because I had just arrived in Thessaloniki and was supposed to stay there for four days. Do you know how much the owner of this apartment ultimately refunded me? €30. Shameful, maybe that's just how he makes money—he rents a house full of cockroaches and then keeps the money. This person must have a very sad life!!! NOT RECOMMENDED. DO NOT GO.

Everything was clean and tidy, the kitchen equipment exceeded my expectations, the stove worked very well. The bed was large and comfortable to sleep in.

The only downside was a strong chemical smell from the cleaning products, which, however, became less bothersome after a few minutes inside.

Μπράβο συγχαρητήρια στους ιδιοκτήτες, πολύ εξυπηρετικοί σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε, πάντα απαντούσαν απευθείας σε κάθε μήνυμα. Το σπίτι είχε τα πάντα από παροχές και παρα πολύ καθαρό.

Το κρεβάτι θα ήθελα να ήταν λίγο μεγαλύτερο και λίγο πιο άνετα wc Κατά τα άλλα όλα οκ δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε κανένα πρόβλημα

Καλα και προσεγμενο για ημιυπογειο. Και καλη τιμη..

Ημιυπογειο ειναι.. και λογικο για υγρασια και καποια μικρα ζωιφια...
