"Comfortable but had to demand comfot"

The location of hotel is good nd even exterior and interior.

Rooms offered do not basic amenities like towels, quilts, wifi and struggled to get these from support staff

"Wouldn’t recommend stay here"

Awful experience. Apart from the hotel infrastructure nothing is good. The cleanliness is extremely poor, there is no staff, the restaurant is absolutely dirty. The rooms, bathrooms nothing is clean or maintained well which is shocking for such a new property.

The water in the shower was hot. That was good. The double bed was comfortable too

We were not even given complimentary water or breakfast. We checked in after 10:30 pm. There was only 1 set of towels kept. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang our clothes. No breakfast provided
