Dirty room, dirty floor and walls, stained linen, dirty pillow covers, everything is dated and lacked basic maintenance. Very disappointed with the hotel.

The beds weren't hygienic. There was hair everywhere in the sheets. We booked beds for 3 people in each room, we had to take an extra bed instead. Water in the bathrooms and taps were rather slow. Overall the place wasn't hygienic. Wouldn't suggest it for families or even couples. Only worth a last minute booking
AUINWe had confirmed our hotel booking on Booking.com 2 days in advance and even received a room confirmation email. However, upon reaching the property, we were informed that all the rooms were full and that only customers who had prepaid had their bookings secured. This put us in a very difficult situation, as the confirmation email led us to believe our reservation was guaranteed, and we therefore had no backup plan. Thankfully, the hotel staff arranged accommodation for us at a nearby hotel. Nonetheless, Booking.com should clearly communicate any changes or issues with a reservation and notify customers immediately so that necessary arrangements can be made in time.
