Where do I start. Firstly when we opened the door NO BED. This is meant to be 4 person accom with one futon bed. However it is a Korean style sleep on the floor. There is bedding in the corner 2 mats and 2 pillows. The room is closer to 20 sqm not 33 as advertised. It’s old and drab. We spoke with the owner on the phone who suggested we contact the booking agent. Yea sure. It was 7.30pm so we booked another hotel walked out and lost our money.
