Great and hospitable staff Facilities are also good

3 main things which are concerning: 1. They were not able accept both my AMex(ok not everyone does) but also my Mastercard! Luckily I had means to transfer monies into their account. 2. The main problem was the nasty smells you got in the rooms. You could either smell a greasy kabab type of smell (being vegetarian it was really sickly) or cigarette smoke - I don’t smoke and therefore found it disturbing. My room guests also commented on the smells so it was not an individual thing. 3. WiFi did not work and dropped almost as instantly as I logged in. To provide a balanced view, the staff were smashing!

I have paid for my 3 days but at moment due to urgency I cancelled my last day booking and they didn’t refund my one day stay amount said that u have booked from agency so it’s won’t possible It’s understood that need to pay for agency but that shld not b entire amount. Something they have to consider. So it’s not fare according to me
