Staff was very friendly and nice to me and my guests.

It was dirty, noisy, and the hot water didn’t work very well. The towels were old and dirty, and so were the bed sheets. The rooms were not soundproof, and you could even hear a paper fall from inside the room. Additionally, the rooms were poorly insulated, so it was very cold. Beds are stone hard and can be actually good for health. We felt suffocated by the noise made by other guests but stayed because it was very late at night. Additionally, the staff said they couldn’t turn on the room climate splitter unless we paid extra, even though this was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. The water was not filtered at all and felt sticky, leaving behind white particles. This kind of water is not only dangerous for humans but also harmful to all kinds of equipment. When we had breakfast, the staff member smiled but repeatedly asked for payment, as if they thought we might leave without paying. This is an honest review based on our experience, considering the misleading positive reviews that influenced our decision to choose this hotel. Otherwise, we would not have stayed here at all.
