The location,staff and view.

The both sliding doors were not working properly,Unit needs some maintenance and bulbs to be changed. No aircon worked in the unit also.

The young lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful we couldn't reach our hostess in time, but the lady kept me calm she was so loving she even showed us our way to our room

The fact that had to wait for my hostess to pick up his phone so we could get the check in code that was something elsešŸ˜” other than that everything was perfect
