The location and size of unit is good

Very poor upkeep. Downlighters in the kitchen don't work. We killed a good few cocroaches. Cupboards are broken. some Appliances don't work. The bin is broken. Not much cutlery. Cooker hood is beyond filthy. Mr simpewe who is in charge of keys is very snobbish. Called him while on my way. Refused to give details of key. Very arrogant. When we reached ,we had to call again and beg for keys. The main bedroom curtain is short .doesn't cover one portion of the windows. Toilet roll holders broken

Location was great but apartment never met quality as shown on pictures. Value for money is not met.

Broken seatings and dirty air cons. Cockroaches were visible and lively present at apartment. Surveillance not existing at parking bays inside building. Careless security personnel. I was really disappointed but I only uplifted myself and family by location as it was where we wanted to be and view was great.
