Location next to train station 1 stop to Windsor - £10 taxi or 20-25min walk , quiet location , free parking

It’s more of a HMO but ok for short stay for Windsor

Staff, he was lovely. The location was also good, right next to a train station and Windsor which is what we wanted.

Parking was confusing. The room was absolutely not clean, dust everywhere, sticky surfaces, dirty sides, skirting boards. There were bits broken off of things, and the ac vent panel was broken and shoved in a cupboard. The windows wouldn't shut properly, so I didn't feel safe at all. There was a random bathtub in our room blocking the fireplace, and there was so much dirt and muck behind it. Such a shame as it could be a lovely room if more attention was given to it.

Location was great for our stay, with train station within minute walk of cottage Room was quirky and characterful Refreshment were provided daily.

Checking in - had to phone hotel number as no one present 15 minutes left sat in front garden she couldn't find us. Downstairs which we were told was available to use was an utter disgrace filthy and kitchen falling apart unusable. Hot water - none for complete 3 days. Wifi - more miss than hit TV - pixelated most of the time. Plug in sink didn't work. Departure rang number twice to check out and hand keys in pay etc, no answer twice

It was very close to Datchet Train Station and had free parking. Checking In process was easy and the staff very responsive to phone calls.

The room was a bit shabby and very odd with a roll top bath in the quite small bedroom in front of the TV and wardrobe. The standard of cleanliness could be improved in the bathroom. For £160 a night the room was not up to the expected standard.
