Bastante céntrico (a unos 15-20 minutos andando del centro). Apartamento amplio.

Estaba bastante sucio… había comida en el congelador y en la nevera, también fuera en la cocina en un tarro había comida, los utensilios sucios, la mesa también… el resto estaba bien.

Aria Nova Apartment had a few positive aspects, including an easy self check-in and check-out process and a convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. The communication with the host was smooth, and the apartment was clean and well-maintained.

The apartment itself was very basic and unattractive inside, lacking the comfort expected for the price, especially during the tourist season in Cagliari. The lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms was a significant drawback, and the check-in after 17:00 and check-out before 09:45 felt overly restrictive. Overall, not great value for the money.

"Good stay for 2-3days at Cagliari"

Location was great..Guiselle was very kind person and was always there to help..

Bathroom sink wasn’t working..
