Not bad for family staying. Unit is quite spacious and nice decoration.

The building management need to take care as the person who in charge of trash will use both lift but not only the bomba lift that will cause severe smell of trash inside the lift. The trash room of the building is not maintained as well. The unit water flow is normal. But please ensure that you are aware they are using boiler for the whole unit as the info was only received when text the host. The unit is not soundproof or smell proof. As when there got a night market, the whole corridor and unit will have the smell of bbq or food. The towel inside is quite thin. The floor of the unit is quite dusty and with corpse of flying bugs. The dining utensils inside the unit is all oily or dirty with stained. The unit does not come with any toilet roll or tissue paper. If you are driving, please ensure you come back before 5pm or after 12am as the jam is totally not controlled cuz of the night market. The rela or so call security for the night market is useless as even if they block the people from crossing to let the car pass thru, they don’t even manage the traffic and caused the car can’t move cz of the people are ignoring and they are doing nothing.
