You should have been more careful about the contents of the things in the kitchen. There was no kettle in the kitchen )
USLocation on a quiet cove protected from any wind. Large space with great windows. Private.
No issues
DEThe hosts were extremely nice and helpful, we had some issues because we got our dates mixed up and they took care of it for us. The place is very nice as well and so is the view! Just be careful when it rains the terrace is very slippery, we fell a couple of times.
