We stayed in the lovely, spacious, spotlessly clean “jungle suite” facing the East and the sunrise/moon rise. Automatic shutters were wonderfully simple when adjusting the light. The bathroom with a roomy shower was exceptional. I liked the wooden ladder which served for hanging towels. The washing machine was a welcome convenience as always ….but the clothes dryer was a real blessing! Matteo is super friendly and thoughtful; he added some delightful personal touches to the experience. For example, he suggested take-out pizza from Pizzeria Floris and it was delicious!

This is our second time staying at Matteo’s place. It was sparkling clean and well equipped as usual. Matteo made sure we had a good stay.

We had a wonderful time at Matteo’s place. The apartment is modern, spotless, well equipped plus airy and bright with lots of sun! We had fluffy towels and the bathroom had all the amenities you need, including a nice conditioner. We cooked often in the kitchen and it was nice to have a full size fridge and a dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable and we liked having shutters to block the lights. We stayed for a week and about mid week a cleaning person came by to change linens and tidy things up, which was a nice surprise. The location is pretty central and within walking distance to everything. Good supermarkets and stores were minutes away. The bus stop is right up front if you need to go farther away. We rented a car for a day and we were able to use the underground parking space nearby. It was easy to get in and out of the city from the apartment. Matteo was caring host and very friendly. The communication was easy and when we needed something it was addressed quickly. When we checked out he even called a taxi for us. He treated us like friends and we felt well taken care of.

Since it is a central location, it was unavoidable to have some traffic noise. Although the windows and shutters block most of them. This does not stop us from returning and still recommend it.
