Alona Garden Suites

All good

I had a good stay overall at Alona Garden Suites. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really liked the balcony sit-out area, which was a nice touch. Facilities were decent, and they arranged a scooter for me, which was very convenient. Pick-up and drop facilities are available but are on the expensive side—definitely worth negotiating. Check-out time is 11 a.m., which is earlier than most places. They allowed me to check out at 11:45 a.m., mentioning that it would help if I left a good review. In my experience, other properties usually extend check-out by 45 minutes to an hour without making it conditional. Overall, the room itself was excellent, but noise levels and some service aspects could be improved.

One issue in the bathroom was a broken shower handle, which I had to report to the staff. Another downside was the noise. There were many Korean guests, especially families with kids, and the noise insulation is quite poor. I was woken up around 6 a.m. due to the noise, which was frustrating.

bien situé et proche du centre des restaux café et de Alona Beach. Le chemin pour arriver à la propriété est cependant en piteux état mais tout à fait pratiqueable. Chambre spacieuse, literie super confortable, tour est propre, clim, mini frigo, serviettes et draps et propre, wifi. Dans les parties Communes grande piscine, fontaine à eau, possibilité de louer scoot avec eux directement. un lieu propre et calme et le personnel disponible.
