We had a very comfortable stay at Sainivas Villa. It's a spacious, clean 2 floor home, well maintained bathrooms and designed interiors with access to terrace and an outdoor sitting area as seen in the pictures. It's conveniently located in the city close to Tirumala, Tiruchanoor, Srikalahasti, Airport, Railway station etc. The hosts Mr. Sekhar, his family and staffman (Ankaih) are very cordial and gentle people and very responsive. Home cooked breakfast was delicious. They also provided reference for nearby transport car service owned by Mr. Parandhama (ex-army) and he provided nice and trustworthy means to travel around all areas of Tirupati. Thank you all for a fine experience !!
