Close to most places

Not allowed to bring in food or drinks from outside. Their food would come at a minimum wait for 45minutes to 2 hours. Food would come burnt, with too much salt or not cooked properly and times after that long wait get the order wrong. Their wifi connection is poor upstairs. Hot water does not work and showers are small. Upon arrival with a booking, we had to wait for more than an hour before our room was prepared for us past check in time.
