Brooklyn Arts Condo

Great location. Lots of restaurants close by. Really clean place. We only stayed one night I wish we had additional time there we will be coming back for sure

Street parking only but no problem finding a place.

The apartment was well furnished and had everything we needed. There were 2 additional cots in a closet we were able to use making it able to accommodate 6 people. It was roomy and comfortable!

The street noise at night is pretty loud and they were working on the outside of the building during our stay.

The location was fantastic. We walked to numerous outstanding restaurants & breweries. The property had lots of thoughtful conveniences like extra coffee, cleaning supplies, soaps and shower essentials. The management was instantly responsive to any communication. The beds were very comfortable with lots of extra pillows and linens. Our whole family stayed and we all had a wonderful time.

There was some ambient noise from the local trains and planes and bar across the street. Nothing that would keep us from staying again.

This place was beautiful! From the gorgeous master bathroom( with its amazing shower) to the view from the window. The beds were comfy, we had a huge kitchen too. Plus, there was a great bar across the street that my sister and I visited more than once.

The shower was hard to get hot.l, but the host replied quickly with instructions on how to do it.

Beautiful apartment and great location. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and the riverwalk. Clean, and SUPER comfy beds with plenty of space. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Great location and beautiful views of the sun rise and sunset from the condo.

The windows you could hear everything outside.

This was a great property. The amenities were fantastic and the location was central to a lot of different places. If we were to go back to Wilmington we'd definitely stay here again.

Great location! We loved the space and all the amenities such as coffee, sugars, zip-lock bags, etc. And, the place was beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome apartment! Colleen the host was fantastic & answered my questions promptly. And next door is Brooklyn Cafe and they have amazing beignets & coffees. Would definitely recommend.
