الطاقم يحتاج إلى احترافيه في التعامل مع النزلاء -البوفيه في الإفطار الصباحي غير موجود -الازعاج بقيام إدارة الفندق بتأجير المسبح والمرافق الخاصة بالنزلاء لمدارس ينبع من الصباح الباكر إلى قبل الظهر ازعاج وعدم احترام لخصوصية النزلاء وراحتهم. - القيام بأعمال صيانة وازعاج من قبل العالمين بدون أدنى احترافيه وفي اوقات حساسه من العصر إلى العشاء

من ناحية التشغيل والخدمة، شعرت أن التجربة أقل من المتوقع مقارنة بالسعر المدفوع. بعض المرافق والأثاث بدت قديمة وتحتاج إلى تحديث وصيانة أفضل، كما أن مستوى الراحة والخدمة لا يعكس قيمة الإقامة بالكامل. واجهت أيضًا مشكلة بوجود الناموس داخل الغرف، إضافة إلى ضعف العزل الصوتي، حيث كانت الأصوات المحيطة مسموعة بشكل يؤثر على الراحة وجودة النوم، وهي نقاط أساسية يفترض الاهتمام بها في منتجع بهذا المستوى السعري.
