USGreat location close enough to UNR and the casinos. Nice yard backing up to the river. Super spacious, well equipped home, tastefully decorated and very comfortable for my family. Very easy check in and check out procedures. Overall, wonderful and affordable option.

USMy family and I really liked the place. It’s spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated but still feels welcoming and homey. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meals for the family. Extra cleaning supplies are also provided. BBQ grill works great located in the back yard. The Truckee River is running though the backyard and we can hear the sound of the water from the backyard deck at night; it’s so soothing. The host is friendly and he makes sure that our stay was enjoyable.

USTruckee river runs literally rite behind the property and nice bunch of tall beautiful trees scattered around and along riverbank. Backporch was super cool and the entire interior was updated in a nice way ! Very quite and very secluded!
Wasn't very clean upon arrival ! We had to clean all the dishes and silverware prior to use,had to clean the fridge inside and out along with microwave counters etc prior to use! Told that I had to do multiple chores or would be charged fees and even though dog friendly in add was told if any dog hair was found would have more big fees added to the total! For the amount of $ I paid for only 2 days I would have thought the chore list would be for the cleaning service not the guest? Over charged for the property 100%!!
