Kōzē Mini Apartment

The host was very quick and responsive and the space was nice

A lot of appointments way beyond other properties (rice cooker, plenty of kitchen utensils, washing machine, and a drying rack on the patio).

It was a beautiful apartment, but due to my own medical problems I found the bed a little too hard, and I needed a more comfortable sitting area.

The apartment was extremely clean – really spotless – which we appreciated a lot. Even though it was quite small, there was a surprising amount of storage space, which made the stay very comfortable. The location is excellent: there are plenty of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby, and everything is within walking distance. The hosts were truly kind and attentive – very welcoming and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience feel more personal and cared for.

However, we stayed in the unit on the first floor, which felt a bit dark and not very cozy. The mattress was also extremely firm and while we’re used to harder beds, this one was quite uncomfortable. The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped for example, dish towels and glasses would have been useful. Overall, it’s a great place if you value cleanliness, kind hosts, and a central location, just be prepared for a firm bed and a few missing kitchen basics.

There was a lot of mould :( anything left in one place for too long got covered disappointing as now I am dealing with the aftermath of this

We booked this place because all other places were busy, we didn't have time to book in advance, so it's good that it was vacant. Location is rather close to a kinda "tourist center". Staff was friendly and helpful.

Awfully hard mattresses, even for people with low weight. Mould on tables and chairs.

Good customer service ! Room very clean. The owner very helpful, helping me looking for motorcycle to rent. I'm very sure that I will come again to KoZe Mini Apartment !
