the room decor was exceptional, and the pool area was fantastic

The shower head fell off on first use and then the water/hot water kept cutting out every 15seconds or so then would come on again after a further 1-2min. Unfortunately, there were no tea towels, chopping board or decent sharp knives in our self-contained room.

The room was very spacious and modern. Smart tv Also. Nice comfy beds. Pool is nice and I like that there are beds to lie on in the pool Nicely stocks mini bar at fair prices

It is Not a Caldera view. When we stayed for one night the was a few girls having a party above us until 5 am and we could hear it very loudly. Doors banging, music pumping, high heels walking around etc. So really disturbed our sleep to be honest. No staff work at evening/night No Bar No food offering (apart from mini bar) Service is lacking overall from the time we arrive until checkout. Bit like staying at an Air BnB Very steep hill 700meteres up to the town. So need to get taxi or transport if you don’t want to be very sweaty after the walk

The room reeked of cigarettes. Also, for the price it would be nice to include a complimentary bottle of drinkable water.
