The staff is literally the best! I can really recommend this place especially for bike tourers.

Staff was really friendly! You can get breakfast/food, laundry if you want, book tours with them. So all services are available

Not that much around, you have to walk 10 minutes to get to the city centre and restaurants/cafés.

Resturant on site with good prices. I highly recommend KIM tours in Battambang, he was amazing! Clean rooms.

Shower light was on a timer so left me in the dark every few minutes which was very annoying! Rooms are small

Comfy bed, friendly stuff

Dorm: AC is running only certain hours. Advertise as AC is not fair. Room very hot, AC can not be adjusted. Gets hotter as soon as they turn it off 9 am. Shower only Luke warm. They turn off the electricity for lights in bathroom and it's not usable as a guest, you have to ask staff to switch it on in daytimw. Even the plug turns off when you take your locker-key out of the hub of your bunk, so you can't charge anything while going out. Beds are squeaky. The curtains don't block light. Light comes in the dorm room from outside, no curtain there. Not very good sound insulation. They have very specific policy they ask you to acknowledge but they should provide it while booking. No oudside food allowed, food is overly expensive. Bathroom nearly no privacy, all very open.
