GBOverall a nice property, it was warm in a good location . The house has a good layout
I feel the reminder messages/emails about expectations in the property ( where pets are allowed / how it should be left ) should reflect on how the property is received when arriving. The property could have been cleaner . It’s also mis advertised on the booking page . We expected an immaculately presented property which was not the case .

GBVery easy to contact the team with any problems and problems were quickly resolved. The on site store is well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful
The rest of the facilities aren't very good. The cafe wasn't open until 4pm on the Saturday we left for home. We didn't see it open any other morning that we were there either. The chemist seems to be just a dispensing branch so not particularly useful unless you need to collect a prescription.
GBshower sliding door kept coming off bed to firm and problem with flies when eating stain on single bed base looked like coffee stair carpet coming away at the seams grandson felt sharp carpet tac.
GBGBSpacious property. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfy sofa and excellent TV picture. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Great proximity to the beach and Filey town.
