Good location for the price and a nice apartment.

The wi fi connects but simply doesn’t work.

Muy buenas instalaciones, super limpio. Excelente ubicación y atención del personal, quien nos sugirió ideas para nuestro itinerario.

Camera pulita, spaziosa, bagno in camera, dotata del necessario con balconcino interno, vicinissima al centro storico, colazione abbondante. Ottimo nulla da dire!

Posizione ottima, tutto pulito e in ordine, e il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha seguito sin da subito

Unica pecca il bagno fuori dalla stanza

Stanza molto confortevole, pulita e in zona ottimale a a due passi da porta Rudiae, con un comodo balconcino. Anche gli spazi comuni sono ben gestiti e forniti di tutti i comfort! E infine anche il propietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile nonostante avessimo prenotato al momento e in tarda serata. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!!

Cleaned, well placed near city center,

No parking slots but not a big deal! Also there is a big apartment with shared kitchen but again, not a big deal!

We were a little converged at first because the entrance to the apartament was a little complicated. We had to call a number in Italy, luckily we had a phone to make the call. Then we spoke with the owner (presumably), who gave us the instructions on where to get the keys, etc, in Italian! Finally we opened the door and what a surprise! It is an apartment divided into several private rooms, a kitchen and a couple of bathrooms. Our room looked like brand new, with a very modern private bathroom., clean sheets and a very comfortable bed. The public bathroom next door was also brand new, very modern and clean. In the morning there was nobody else there, breakfast was self service, there was coffee, milk, yogurt, fruit, packaged bread and jam. Not fantastic but adequate. We never used the kitchen but one could cook up whatever you wanted.

The instructions for entering.

Location is so close to city center and two large completly new shared bathrooms. Kitchen had always coffee avaliable and basic breakfast is also provided. Stefano was a great host and allowed us to store our luggage on departure day until we needed it. Fantastic place and we are so happy that we choose this place for our stay in Lecce :)

The property is nice and I would like to give a positive review BUT I was robbed. My laptop and other personal items were stolen from inside my room while I wasn't there. This is the first time something like this has happened to me in accommodation. If you go, be VERY careful with your belongings.
