The Pavilion Bisley

Location perfect as shooting on the Bisley ranges. Staff friendly and helpful. Single room available for a single person! Even a handy USB charging point that was easy to reach.

What a beautiful place to stay, and Lindsey at reception was super helpful and friendly. It was really convenient for my daughter's passing out in Pirbright. The shower was small, but it was amazing, had the best pressure. I just wish we'd booked for longer to enjoy the area more.

The shower was tiny, but the water pressure totally made up for it.

Better service than I've had at most 5 star establishments. Velma went above and beyond to make changes to my booking (even sitting on the phone with Booking.com for a ridiculous period of time...). Booking.com were totally unhelpful when I requested to upgrade my room - despite the Pavilion saying that they were happy to accommodate this request. I only have the fantastic customer service at the Pavilion to thank for my stay. I don't recommend booking through Booking.com. Turns out the prices were cheaper directly with the Pavilion, too. Re the room, the Crawford lodge studio cottage is adorable and has everything you'd need. Fantastic value for money. I'll definitely be a return guest !

Room 19 main door had a window with no privacy, the beds were old and uncomfortable, can hear a lot of noise from down stairs. Card machine was not working Pay £10 cash for 2 beers, no change given breakfast 48 hours to book.
