It was clean, clean affordable and not far from the venue good value for money

Nothing as we didn’t stay long enough

We were due to stay a night to to watch our daughter shoot the following day and arrived around 21.30. The temperature had been exceptionally hot throughout the UK. When entering the rooms we had booked, the temperature was so high, it was impossible to stay in them. The member is staff couldn’t deal with the isssue as he was simply a security guard checking us in and advised us to contact the hotel the following day. We therefore had to leave our daughter at her school pavilion and we drove home to Norfolk getting home about 1 am. We didn’t see our daughter shoot. The hotel wouldn’t entertain our complaint and simply kept referring to the fact that it stated the hotel rooms did not have AC. Which kind of avoids the issue. There are very few hotels in the Uk that have AC, but not being able to open windows far enough or ventilating them is inexcusable. We are left £350 out of pocket.
