Palermo dream Rooms

The property was very spacious and clean.

Everything was great.

Rooms were clean and have good amenities.

-Noise is unbearable- 1.from the street ( the window doesnt do ANY soundproofing, it is like you sleep on the street) 2. from the dog ( second room is facing someone ´s terrace. 3. THE OWNERS ENTER THE APARTMENT WHENEVER THEY WANT AND DO THE RECONSTRUCTION IN NEXT ROOMS SO YOU HAVE COMBINATION OF THE NOISES- THEY DIDNT INFORM US ABOUT THE RECONSTRUCTION NOR ABOUT ENTERING THE PREMISES. we asked her not to continue with drilling while we were in the apartment, she continued anyway and lied to the booking that we didnt allow her to enter the apartment. - SAFETY 0- main entrance door to the building doesnt close, and the smell from sewerage is dreadful🤢 we had to leave and the owner did not want to refund the last night. - location- on very noisy and dirty street, very difficult to find parking. I visited 75 countries, stayed in AirB&B, work for one and never ever had this bad experience and RUDE owner who didnt even come to let us in, had to do self check in. we had to look for different place, call booking which all costs something- time and money

The host is super friendly. The access to the apartment is straight forward, the host communication was clear with instructions how to access the building and the room. The location is perfect if you need to take the train early morning to the airport the next day. Walking distance to the Ballaro market and not far from the historical center.

The building is a bit run down and it looks a bit shady but that's most buildings around the area but inside the apartment is well furnished and well taken care of.

nice and very helpful owner of the apartment. clean apartment, new, comfortable beds. there is a fridge, kettle and microwave, air conditioning - an additional advantage. There is a shop under the block, a few minutes to the central station and close to the center. highly recommend :)

The rooms are large, it is clean, the location is great, 5 min from the train station.

The mattress in the bed in the room with bathroom was well-worn and soft.

The accomodation itself was clean, everything was new and standard facilities. Very easy to reach the host and well communication.

The noise of the street and a dog of the neighbor hardly lets me sleep I even closed my ears. The neighborhood which is located was too noise, crowded, dirty and unsafe(it feels like you are in middle east not Europe)

Right next to a really busy street, it is very loud

New, clean and comfortable, very close to the city centre. The owners are really kind :)

Can be a bit noisy on the street outside but earplugs are provided so that’s not really an issue:)

Exceedingly clean, modern, comfortable and minimalist with everything needed. A/C was apprecited and we loved the spacious and modern bathroom. Situated very close to the train station for the transfer to the airport and very close to the historic centre for dining and sightseeing. Great place to stay to get a taste of Palermo life.
