Villa Mahasok hotel

I booked this accommodation based on other guests reviews as that’s what most people would do as well. The hotel itself is really beautiful building but that’s about where the positive ends. The checking was really pretty straightforward with no fuss etc and our room was directly behind the check-in desk. You could not open the doors which was probably a good thing as they went directly out into the front courtyard so the room was really quiet enclosed. The aircon was not coping even though it was set in the coldest temp of 17c the room was stuffy. No where to unpack your luggage (shelves, hooks etc) the bathroom had NO shelves either so your personal stuff had to go in the shower floor and no floor mat for the bathroom so the floor was dangerously wet after a shower.

Not a huge amount of space around the pool but lots of sun lounges but many of them broken. Pool towels were from reception (white) which got quite dirty. The breakfast was really REALLY sad, everything was so overcooked - the fried eggs, scrambled eggs, vege dish with overcooked broccoli, pancakes of some sort , all were terrible but thank goodness we could cook toast and there was fruit and some salad. Sadly all the staff at this hotel were just not interested in their jobs. We normally extend our stays if we are enjoying them but we didn’t here, we looked around at other places on the 2nd day and after our 3 night booking we went to another hotel close for another 4 nights by which was about the same price but in comparison just so much better in everything and the service was amazing

Nice pool after a long hot day. We got excellent use out of the complementary bicycles went everywhere on them.

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans la ville. Le night market est accessible à pied ainsi que le food court, ou les lieux d'intérêts. On peut facilement rayonner en ville grâce aux vélos en prêt à l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux dans un cadre très reposant avec vue sur un bassin de carpes et nénuphars. Le cadre est très agréable avec la piscine et les espaces communs dans une ambiance authentique. Mention pour le personnel très à l'écoute. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, le personnel très sympathique, et la piscine agréable. Nous avons pu avoir un lit d'appoint pour notre fille gratuitement. Et il y a des vélos à disposition, ce qui est très appréciable. Ils sont équipés d'un espace adapté pour chaler quelqu'un (des cales pieds et une sorte de siège plat), ce qui a été bien pratique pour transporter notre fille.

Manque serviettes de piscine... Le personnel du petit déjeuner ne disait pas bonjour et était toujours sur leur portable...ce n était pas très agréable ..

Pis avions deux lits jumeaux et un des lit était très inconfortable. Plus approprié pour un enfant.
