Nothing... The place was so gross and awful that I was to stay a month and left within hours. Dirty sheets and towels, kitchen was filthy. The excuse was the maid was sick and forgot to clean.

Beds, bad area but not something that bothers me too much

Very convenient location for the purpose of my stay. The instructional booklet in the kitchen was a godsend, along with the ironing board and tea. The corner shop next door was also very convenient. Staff were very helpful.

There was a smell of old cigarette smoke present, however I was able to resolve this issue by opening the kitchen window for a few hours. The bedroom floor could have also done with a more thorough sweep.

Good small flat for 2 people. The kitchen is fully supplied. Good chanels on the TV. Good WiFi. 20 minutes walk to Arnold centre. Parks and woods. We stayed for a whole pleasent month.

It's a bet far from Nottingham centre. But there are many close bus stops.
