The property is beautiful just as in the pictures, especially the exterior, a good place for group travel and hosting

The flies🤮, it was hard to eat or stomach anything but then that's a national problem, the rooms have no wholedrops so Pre prepare to dress from your luggage even for long stays, the food did not meet my standard especially considering fact that they rob you cause they prep a meal half your number. Timing is worse than the language barrier, obviously visitors come to explore the country, when you ask for breakfast to be ready by one so you can leave by 10, 10:00 the house is a mess, breakfast not ready..

The location is unbeatable—right on the oceanfront with stunning views and just a short drive to Stone Town. The amenities were great for a group: we enjoyed the pool, the relaxing garden, a well-equipped kitchen, and reliable WiFi. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and a warm atmosphere. Would definitely come back!!!

The short access road from the main road to the property was rough and the rains made it worse .

The property is very good, peaceful and comfortable.
