Not enough furniture in the room - no wardrobe, no hanger, no chair, only small padded stool, broken toilet, shower is just a tiled room with the drain whole in the opposite corner from the shower, toilet and the sink are altogether in this room. Bad view

The kitchen could use a bot more cleaning / care. There was a worm coming out of the sink.
GBWe stayed in the newly built rooms in the garden, very large, clean, and comfortable. The room itself has no faults, would recommend for couples wanting to escape the hustle and bustle. Great staff, rented a bike for our whole stay and they were amazing!
7 minute drive by scooter to the main hub of Kuta. Not much going on, so I'd suggest spending the day surfing etc. and only a couple of nights.

GBWe loved our stay at turtle house Lombok. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful with everything. You can rent a bike from the hotel and it is less than 10 minutes into Kuta centre. The staff will also drive you if you prefer not to rent a scooter. Great pool and restaurant next door that you can use. We ended up extending for the full week because we loved it so much :) thank you Faesal and friends!!
