Good big Balcony & great to have use of the kitchen. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

There were about 5 big containers of fuel in a downstairs room which made the downstairs smell strong of petrol or diesel, but as the living is upstairs it was ok. Fan in living area needs fixing, very hot in that space but owner said he will fix and he is honest so I believe he will.

The owner seemed like a nice guy, and you could tell he takes good care of his property. Basic amenities and everything you need for a short stay.

Unfortunately as I’m a bit afraid of dogs, the remote location and alley leading up to the entrance felt scary especially after dark with many dogs around. Even tho everything was clean, bathroom had cockroaches.

Cleanliness in the room and shared area (bathroom, kitchen, patio), quick and easy communication with the host, there are the supermarket, convenience stores and the local street market nearby, located in a quiet neighborhood.

Nothing really, I'd stay again

Perfect location close to Tangalle Beach and the town center, friendly neighborhood, and more than functionnal! We had a lovely stay overall.

Once I contacted the owner he came very quickly.

It would have been good to get information about having to contact the owner for the keys before hand The state of the kitchen makes it problematic to use. Needs a very good clean.

Everything. It was practically a house with three rooms. I had a kitchen at disposal, a terrace with a table, another room where to sit and relaxe or write emails. It was super located, but at the same time it was quiet

The lack of a fan in the sitting room, it was broken

Great location a short walk to the beach, super market and bus station. The room was very comfortable and the shared bathroom very clean. Very good value for money

Hard to spot where to get off from bus
