Bed was comfortable 😌 Veiw was nice 👌 Staff where very helpful and organised bikes and travel for us 🙏

The drain in the shower was blocked and the warm water ran out quickly other then that it was perfect

The steep tiled entrance ramp to the garage is a death trap when it's raining. It caused me to skid off my bike and crash face-first into a wall, leading to a trip to hospital for several stitches and a permanent scar. I had asked the reception staff if the ramp was ok and they said yes :(

The beds were comfortable and the underground parking was a nice touch as we had motorbikes

despite the relative newness of the building, there was a considerable about of black mould in the bathroom and a very pungent smell of damp and drains. Unfortunately this was impossible to overlook and did rather ruin our experience. The staff were not very welcoming and arrived too tired from a day’s riding to challenge them on the room so we will never know if they would have resolved it had we asked.

The hotel is very central and easily accessible. The staff is nice and trying hard. I think it’s one of the best places to stay in Khe Sanh. The view is nice too.

The rooms are very loud, you can hear everything your neighbors do. The doors don’t shut properly sometimes, and it’s annoying. The TV turns on very loud when you insert your card in the key fob. My room ran over hot water after a couple of minutes showering. There are many small things that is annoying, but would still recommend it.

Clean room. Basement parking. The lack of hot water in the room was immediately sorted by the manager. Got to use the hotel clothes dryer.

The person at the front desk showed little empathy toward a tired traveler. I requested to have dinner at there restaurant located a few blocks away. She asked me what I would like. I asked for the menu - they did not have one. So I made my request. I was then told they could not make that. We seemed to go through an endless cycle of menu?, no menu, request?, can’t make that.

Comfortable, everything was fine

Had to pay for coffee at breakfast although breakfast was included.

We had great time here. The hotel is new, so all the facilities are completely new. Staff was very kind and helpful Just few min walk from the main street

They don't have AC with hitting option.
