I arrived at the property to check in on Friday and I was rudely told by the lady at reception that i didn't have any booking with them. When I tried to show her the confirmation email, she wasn't interested. I was stranded in a place I'm not familiar with as a result. Terrible service, wouldn't recommend as a result

we did not order breakfast. It is safe and clean. The linen is clean and the room are big enough. I suggest that they do family bookings as most rooms are for two sleepers

No hot water the lodge uses solars which cant push the whole place, No pools

Location was easy to find it

Wifi n TV was not working n please can they provide a room with a cattle soo that when I feel could I get get warm water
