"forced us to clean utensils.. my mistake I didn't capture any pic but every word is true"

They do not provide any of the kitchen appliances and all those amenities are mentioned in the about section. Dirty bathroom.. comod is worst than public toilet.. no room service available.. even they forced us to clean the utensils by ourselves.. horrible experience. And behaviour is much worse they don't know how to treat people
Even though they don't have AC.. people will boil in bolpur in summer.. don't have a fridge microwave, induction, electric kettle.. just nothing.. a small piece of bread and a small omelette cost 180 INR. This is the complementary breakfast for 2. Rest people are chargeable 180 INR
