Extremely easy to book in. When the staff aren’t there there is an automated system that’s very easy to follow. The small things like, a safety QR codes that informs staff of your mountaineering adventures if your going solo is amazing. The provision of towels, bedding and shower gel puts them above other hostels I’ve stayed in. Emily, the morning staff was fantastic as well.

I love everything about it. Soon as you walk in it felt so welcoming and friendly. Felix welcomed me and his very helpful.. and Emily had been dealing with my admin mostly. I have messed them around re my bookings but she was very patient with me. Very polite professional and very helpful.

Secure. Stayed in all female dorm. Dorm had separate showers and toilet facilities. Curtains on bunks and personal light and charging point. Modern. Communal area bright, modern and comfortable. Hospitaleros happy to give advise and recommendations.
