It is with great disappointment that I continue to reach out to the property management and Booking.com to express our concerns about the unit we checked in on July 22. From the minute we checked in we are faced with several cleanliness issues which we have tried to communicate over the phone and through customer service online portal on Booking.com. We walked into the unit to dust balls all over kitchen and entrance hallway floors maintenance room unlocked which shows how clean sheets and pillows are stored (!) stained towel, sofa cushion, bed sheet Only half a toilet paper roll for 3 guests' 2 nights stay (!) When we reached out to management they said if there is no new rolls in cubbies or broiler room then there is no one on site who can resolve this Lastly, there were several guests in this hotel that reported door lock concerns the same day we arrived and had issue with the door lock as we needed to leave the property did not feel safe leaving without locking main door, the staff at the building entrance confirmed we were the second party to report and that we should be contacting the customer service. When we did, we they had (again) no one on site to help with that and we finally had it resolved by a local friend (thankfully)! Very clean and quiet

The sofa bed was very small and bit of a pain having to collect keys from different location Definitely lack of hot water in the evenings even after boosting as pre instructions

Instructions for hot water were not quite right. The tank needed to be flipped to timer . So I had two cold showers before figuring it out. Maybe provide a hair dryer,
