The property has a great location overseeing tea plantations and looks absolutely mystical on days with heavy fogs. Sathmini and her team is exceptionally helpful and attentive and will spoil you with their personalized service. Don’t miss the jacuzzi!

Aan het verblijf valt niets op of aan te merken. Het weer zat niet mee, waardoor het uitzicht minder goed was. Hier kan het hotel natuurlijk niets aan doen, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Daarnaast ligt er vloerbedekking in de kamers, wat onderdeel is van de knusse uitstraling. Echter loopt iedereen daar met zijn schoenen rond, wat dus tot vlekken leidt en het een minder frisse uitstraling krijgt. Wellicht is dat iets om rekening mee te houden.

We arrived in the evening when it was dark, rainy, and cold, unsure of what to expect—but the staff made us feel welcome and at ease right from the start. Their warmth and hospitality truly set the tone for our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious—thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The property is exceptionally well run, with attention to every detail to ensure a comfortable experience. The heated blankets were a particularly thoughtful touch on such a chilly night. We only stayed one night, but next time, we’ll definitely be staying longer!
