Really beautiful apartment which was spotlessly clean and in a great location. Hosts very responsive and friendly. We had a lovely stay. Highly recommended.

Plenty of information about the property was provided prior to our arrival and the host sent a text once we had arrived to make sure everything was OK. The inside of the property was superb from the layout to the quality of the fixtures and fittings. The outside was full of well manicured shrubs and had lots of different seating areas. (The welcome bottle of wine and snacks were a lovely touch too).

There was nothing that we didn't like. The only slight issue (having a long car) was turning around in the driveway, otherwise we had to reverse in/out.

Excellent communication. A beautiful property spotlessly clean, and lovingly restored from it`s origins as a school by the owners, it was instantly welcoming, and our dog was made equally welcome. The views, the outside areas, and in particular, the interior were excellent. The beautiful beach was literally a 5 - 10 min stroll away, and the centre of Barmouth with its quirky shops and bars/restaurants also a 5 - 10 min stroll away. Difficult to come up with any negatives to be honest - oh - hang on - the pillows were a bit soft for my liking !! lol.

Everything including the beautiful views, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and even the supply of toiletries. A little goody bag as we arrived which was very thoughtful. Absolutely faultless & definitely would recommend it.
