The property is very safe and secure, and there are a lot of small little shops to go look around and eat

The staff was aweful. Was no coffee and other in the morning and were reluctant to make it. They refused to give my deposit back when I left

1 of 2 lamps didn't work and light switches are not at a correct place.

We enjoyed our 1 night in a clean large room with a/c. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The room has good lighting, ceiling fans, a desk, and a refrigerator. The parking is secure.

Although the beds are comfortable, the pillows could be better.

The comfort, the location is excelent

Location to the International Bridge

Charged $4 USD more than price listed. No Elevator. No Hot Water. The remote control did not work. Next door church mass left us with a parking far away. No elevator (4 flights of stairs with my 82 year old dad). Curtains did not shut completely. Use of too much cleaner left a very strong, overwhelming smell in room. $200 peso cash deposit so we wouldn’t steal 2 bath towels. No light switch for a ceiling fan/light.
