Villa Arca Seminyak by Santi Management

It was very tranquil and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. Would highly recommend this villa to future travellers. Preferred a villa and our own pool for hygiene reasons

Beautiful villa in a good location. Staff are easy to contact and accommodating :)

Some things were a little faulty, such as the bathroom door. The front door was hard to open and close which was annoying. When we arrived the bedding was not clean, but it was promptly changed upon request.

The villa was very aesthetically pleasing, and very pretty. An honest review- it was very rainy and the roof leaked in some spots. The aircon broke in the downstairs bedroom leaving it without cool air for 3 nights, although they were there every day trying to fix. They clean the villa every 2-3 days. When we arrived there was no soap in the showers, and the air wasn’t turned on. Housekeeping is very attentive though if you have issues she will answer quickly. The location is ok, close to the mini-mart, but not much else. Minimum 15 min walk to the closest main road. Overall a nice villa and we enjoyed our stay in Bali, but for the villa price of $1900aud for 6 nights I’m not sure it’s worth it.

Rooms were nice. Living room was much smaller than it looked in pictures.

The villa was difficult to find and contact person was very difficult to contact when needed. Pool looked dirty. Power went out at night so total darkness and took awhile to get respond from the staff in WhatsApp. There were no toiletries provided, not even toothbrush. No conditioner.

Very spacious and private. Extremely clean and tidy. The cleaning staff were really accommodating to our needs as well.

Sometimes the Grab drivers have a little bit of trouble finding the property, but nothing a quick phone call doesn’t fix. 8 out of 10 times the Grab was able to find the Villa.
