Great location, staff could not have been more helpful, breakfast was wonderful

The room/ guest house was a little tired in the interior compared with the hotel

They upgraded our room for free. Thank you.

Two single beds but just one duvet. No heater in the room at the end of March. Very cold.But they brought it later on. Thanks. The heater in the bathroom didn't work all our stay-4 days. It was like a freezer.

Good location and parking

Found sings of mice eating the soap supplied on the bed which having a partnerwith a chronicillnessisn'tsafe , further i was told in email it was 3 doors down for breakfast and checking in however on arrival we found out it's on the other side of main steer with a steep slope.

Although check in was at a nearby hotel (as was the included breakfast), all went smoothly. The view over Tobermory Harbour was a delight. The room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. We dined at the restaurant at the associated hotel (the Western Isles Hotel) and the food was superb; the service good and the location spectacular (view over Tobermory Harbour).

The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. It was my husbands 40th birthday and they went above and beyond to make it very special.
