IVY Villa Heraklion

We can't say anything but positive things about this Villa, right off the bat the hosts were amazing, they met us at a petrol station to help us find it as its a little secluded. She gave us some traditional greek treats and showed us around the lovely villa. Any questions we had were swiftly answered over chat, over the week, and the suggestions they gave us were amazing to go and visit. The villa itself had everything you need, was well equipped, clean, tidy and modern. It felt like a home away from home. We would come back again and again

De hosts waren uitzonderlijk gastvrij: dagelijks werd het zwembad schoongemaakt, het vuilnis opgehaald en werden we verwend met typische Kretaanse lekkernijen. We werden geholpen met onze bagages vanaf het vliegveld, en konden hen op elk moment bereiken. De accommodatie was perfect gelegen, comfortabel uitgerust en het zwembad was een echte eyecatcher – zonder twijfel onze beste hosts ooit!

De accomodatie zelf was enorm goed, alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig, alles was netjes en schoon, de wifi was top, de mensen die ons ontvangen hebben waren ook enorm virendelijk.

De locatie van de villa is misschien het enige minpunt, het ligt enigzins afgelegen, hoewel dit ook wel weer meevalt.

Nothing. Everything was provided. Just need a car to go the the supermarket.

There is everything you need 4 bedrooms , a pool , you can cook in the kitchen and also outdoor barbecue … the host is amazing and helped us with everything we need … we even had a yoga instructor … a welcome drink and sweet

The only thing is that there is just one bathroom and a outdoor shower

We loved the Ivy Villa! What a lovely piece of Paradise! The owner met us in town & we followed her to the Villa, she gave us a traditional Greek aperitif & pastry (YUM) along with 3 different local grapes. The Villa is on an orchard, with grapes, pomegranates, lemon & olive trees! We had fresh pomegranate and lemons daily! She also drove us into Heraklion, to show us the town! The accommodations were VERY COMFORTABLE, with couches, dining room, plenty of comfortable outdoor areas to sit, in or out of the sun. The pool was an added bonus to the experience! An outdoor shower as well as beautiful plantings, flowers & bushes, etc. All appliances worked & it was clean with plenty of hot water. It’s in a good location, you need a car, it’s outside the city, but very close to city, museums, sites. We’d definitely stay there again.

There are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood. Some like to bark at night.

The villa is super clean, equipped and the hostess is super kind and generous.

Absolutely fascinating villa! Brand new, with all the necessary amenities, nicely equipped, even with handmade furniture, cosy interior and breathtaking outdoor, sparkling clean and very comfortable! Highly recommend!
