Friendly staff, nice room.

It was a last-minuto booking very good related value-price. Patty, Otto and their son were really good helping us and giving orientation. They were open ro solve any issue we had during our stay.

Paty and Oto are amazing hosts, they are so generous and friendly. It is nice that they have a kitchen to use. It is also great they separate their glass, plastic and have an organic compost, which they feed the birds with. The bed was comfortable.

The only thing I would recommend is a little organization and redesign in the front rooms for the future when they can invest more.

I didn't stay. I preferred to pay a bit more and to sleep at a place which does provide basic needs for guests!

They rent accommodation without water! There is no water on the first and second floors! You cannot shower, neither wash your hands! And they keep telling you that it's municipality problem, and it's all over Flores, and it's old problem, but it happened first time today and other kinds of BS....Meanwhile they're running full time commercial, very busy laundry on the ground foor🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I don't believe people agree to stay with them. How desperate must you be to pay those liers and how low is your self-respect if you allow those people to fool you around with all their stories?

This was a lovely little place, the rooms are on top of a laundry place and they did our washing for us. The rooms were nice and spacious. The staff were the loveliest people ever, the kindest couple, super chatty and helpful (even through my broken Spanish/their broken English). They bought us ice each day for our room. They even got up at 4am to make sure we got our bus to Tikal ok. Location is fab, walking distance to Flores island and super close to a big mall if you need anything

The room gets quite warm, and without aircon it’s a little stuffy. It does have a fan which is good but loud, so hard to sleep with. Shower is tepid but quite refreshing. Room does struggle with bugs. I know this it to be expected at times but I kept finding huge red ants crawling all over our beds and stuff. Woke up with a few bites too. Ended up using a lot of bug spray to keep them out but didn’t work always work. We had bought a few pastries and things for the early morning trip to Tikal but unfortunately the ants got in them so couldn’t use them and had to bin.

Very welcoming hosts. They even gave me a ride to the airport at 6 am.

Nothing to complain about. Nice people.

Very good variant for guality/price. Great location close to La Torre and the island. Quiet place. Not too populated hotel. Good for those seeking tranquility.

For this price it's a perfect variant. I changed my apartment on level 3 for more comfortable on the level 3. The one on level 3 was too hot. But it's expected considering it's the last storey.
