Lake Resort Bolgoda

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The food was really good and had value for money. The staff was very attentive, especially Mr. Seelan, he went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable.

The road leading to the property is not great. The hotel should keep mosquito repellant in the rooms. We we charged an additional 10% service charge at the time of check-out, even though our total cost on booking.com included all taxes. Update 20th June 2024 - I have received the refund for the additional service charge that was charged, thank you Lake Bolgoda Team.

The ambience and the staff were friendly. Large portions of food for our preference.

The access road wasn't good. Needs to be looked into.

The resort was in a beautiful setting with lovely scenery and gardens and pool The beds were comfy with air con it was a very appealing place to stayI don't think I got my genius discount deal .the meals were excellent staff excellent

The shower taps did not work at all hard to wash The bathroom smelled musty due to mould in the timber walls mentioned remedy to management.persisted and stayed on the night. I should have got discounted rate because of the above issues.cockroaches in shower area

The Location was Unique, Very Quiet. The Early Morning tranquility with Birds Chirping, and flying over the Lake. The Sunset over the Lake is a Sight to Behold🥰 The Staff were Very Friendly and Eager to Assist to make the Stay Enjoyable.

There are some aspects which require attention, which the management assured, will be attended asap.
