Garden House Giulia

We were more than impressed at the size of the apartment. We had our own small courtyard and outdoor kitchen, in addition to a full inside kitchen, 2 bedrooms and sizeable dining/living room. The AC was amazing. There did not seem to be any tourists in this building or at the pool which we loved to get a break from the crowds. It seems this is more of a local, friendly residential building that gave us insight to how the locals live. Next time I would ensure we make our stay longer to make the most of the property. Family friendly once your children are good on steps and can swim.

I could not pick anything bad about this stay. It was out of the main centre so there was a little walk but for us that was perfect as we did not want to be in the heart of things. We walked from the bus station to this property and it was not too far.

lovely pool. nice, spacious apartment. We arrived very late and the people accommodated us really well. Had its own garden, balcony and outside eating area. Easy access to train station for trips to Pompei and Vesuvius.

No sun beds by the pool. Location wasn’t great - 20 minute walk to main centre was quite hard work with busy main road. Nothing against the accommodation but access to beaches limited as all private sections. Sorrento has become a lot busier than it was with queues for many restaurants.

Location was good, a little outside city center , being more quiet.

Wonderful property with full amenities. Our host Alessia did a wonderful job. Close to train and port for day trips to other areas such as Capri!

A suggestion for future guests is to have a folder with instructions for the washing machine and other appliances. We could not get it to work to wash some clothes prior to leaving.
